Where do you ship?
We offer global delivery service to bring our lace elegance worldwide. Please note that delivery to some remote areas and parts of Asia may not be available.
What are your shipping options and timeframes?
We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping – $12.95
Through our premium partners DHL or FedEx, your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after dispatch. This includes tracking and insurance.

Complimentary Shipping
For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS, with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take?
Each Elegance in Lace garment is carefully inspected and prepared before shipping. Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, tracking information is provided for all orders. For Standard Shipping through DHL or FedEx, you’ll receive detailed tracking. For Complimentary Shipping via EMS, tracking may vary by destination.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing in your country. During peak seasons, slight delays may occur as we ensure each dress receives the careful attention it deserves.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely captivated by your Elegance in Lace piece. If for any reason your dress doesn’t embody the perfection you expected, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt.
How do I initiate a return?

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel or items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
